Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team or visit one of our showroom locations to receive a Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid insured shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your item in its original presentation box, including all certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, and any promotional gifts received.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided shipping label to a new shipping box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to ensure your high-value items are fully protected during transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
